How Much Money Do I Need to Retire?

A common question people have is how much money do I need to retire? Is it a million? Two million? What?

Unfortunately, there’s literally no solid answer to that question because it totally depends on when you want to retire, how long you plan to live, how much income you want, etc.

And it’s further complicated by the fact that most people go through different stages in retirement.

There’s the go-go stage when you’re doing a lot and therefore spending a lot. Then there’s the slow-go stage, when you start sticking a little closer to home. And then there’s the no-go stage. Pretty self-explanatory.

And your income needs will be different in each of those stages.

So really, the only way to figure this all out for you, is to build a custom game-plan. Which happens to be exactly what I do.
